4th July 2015

This is not a Church Fete, although the Church does have a large stand there.  It is organised by an organising committee as a community group on behalf of the whole Village.  The Chairman is Matthew Chase.  For further information, please contact Anne Ford, the Stall Booking Coordinator by email.

Since it started in 2000, the Warsash Festival has grown to become a dynamic celebration of the life of Warsash and the local community.

In July, every two years, The Strawberry Field is transformed into a wonderful village fete.  Over 60 organisations provide some 80+ stalls and activities, creating a festival village around arenas which host various displays and entertainment.
Over 6,000 people attended the festival in 2013 and raised over £10,000 which will be invested back in to the life of the charities and local organisations which were represented.

Plans for the festival on 4th July 2015 started in late 2014.

If you would you like to be involved in other ways and join the happy band of helpers, stewards and staff for the day then please contact the festival chairman who is Matthew Chase.

The Festival Planning Group see this event as a celebration of the local community and therefore welcome the involvement of local groups, individuals and businesses; but they do hope that those from outside the district appreciate the charitable and local nature of the event in terms of commercial bookings.
